A lot of people like the idea of an arena that is 1v1. So im thinking that an arena should be designed for GW2 [i know gw1 will never have any new arenas] that is 1v1. What i was thinking is keep the current codex format but add henchies who have skills that change daily or every 6 hours. You the player get to make a build that is limited to the skills allowed like what codex is now and select which henchies to bring to battle with you. You build your henchies' bars and yours [only one hench of a profession allowed]then go to battle another player.

I suppose you could have it set up like what RA is now with different maps or maybe like what HB was which involved capturing shrines and killing the opposition for points on a map rotation. Any opinions?

Yes , nice idea ( although bringing HB back and fixing quest would be easier). Its nice to have some pvp format where you can play alone and not waiting 30+ mn to form/play ( HA,GvG not on evening GMT)

This doesn't address the original reason why HB was removed. Until you do, this discussion is rather pointless. People red resigning for title points will shut out people that actually want to play. That's not a good way for Anet to spend time.

Yes if there would be no title or reward associated to it(except for the fun of playing). But then, i think it would have a very short life..
